There is a small but significant segment of the population who have already imbibed the progressive bait and have swallowed, hook line and sinker, the notion that they can gain at the expense of the rest of us - not caring about the morality of the theft that is planned by the Progressives - or the virtual extinction of our Liberties under the heavy hands of the bureaucrats. The Democrats are counting on this number growing as certain segments of the population - illegals, for one, and those who at present are not insured or are underinsured or have pre-existing conditions - benefitting from Obamacare in a way they cannot now because they cannot pay the exorbitant costs.

The Progressives are also earnestly hoping that these same people will only regard the benefits they receive and not understand or care about the massive fraud that is being foisted on the working population of this country and the huge blowout it will cause in our economy.

They are counting on these people to act like pigs, not responsible human beings who can look beyond themselves. They hope they are like the pig in Aesop's fable that rooted up the tree growing the acorns, not caring that he was killing the tree. "Who cares, as long as I can eat acorns."
If this bill passes, it must be opposed and the implementation subverted in every way possible. The fight for repeal will be launched immediately, but that process is too slow. States can declare that they won't participate. Perhaps when individuals are named to the thousands of commissions and councils - the individuals should be targeted for exposure and censure by the public. Make them jobs that no one wants. Don't let them get away with "service" to the system unmolested. The constitutionality of the way the legislation is being rammed through the Congress must also be challenged immediately if it becomes law. Obama's authority to sign it must be challenged. This man has not demonstrated that he has met the constitutional requirements to be president. However much the Liberals and even some so-called conservatives like "O'reilly" sneer at the idea, Obama has never demonstrated that he is a natural born citizen, or that he had citizenship from his mother. Perhaps when it all comes out, Obamacare will be dismissed simply because it was illegally conceived and illegally signed by a man who himself is an illegal alien. No one could make up a story like this that would be believable. In fact, that is what Obama is counting on - that the truth will continue to be perceived as unbelievable.

He and his progressive allies have shown that they intent to ram through this noxious pack of regulations with no regard to truth, transparency, bi-partisanship, or the good of the country. There is simply no way to justify it on either budgetary grounds or health care grounds. The present system is broke, yes, but it is broke because of big-government intervention and control, not despite it. No amount of government will cure the problem with impending bankruptcy, it will only spur it on to ever greater heights.

But according to Cloward - Piven, than is exactly the goal of the Progressives. Smash the system so that in the chaos that follows, some new Soviet Socialist Dictatorship can rise that is based on "social fairness" like government universal healthcare, government enforced sterilizations and abortions, universal and free public education run by the government, and government control of all industry; government control of media, academia, and using the new technologies, total control of our personal lives as well. It will be the death of America - which has been the goal of the Socialists for practically a century. Obama, who hates this country, is leading the charge.

If this monstrosity is signed into "law" - an illegal law - then it cannot be allowed to stand. Like Gandalf said in his stand on the bridge of Khazad Dun - "You cannot pass."
