If the Dems do it

If the Democrats decide to use tricks and slaughter techniques to "pass" thier government takeover of the country, then what to do?

First, don't give up. This takeover, even if signed into law by Obama can be tripped up and stalled at every step of the way.

The un-constitutionality of numerous elements of the bill must be challenged immediately in the Supreme Court, while asking for a stay on the implementation of the entire bill.

The stay is requested due to the unconstitutional manner in which it will have been rammed through without a genuine vote in the House of Representatives. It must also be challenged based on provisions which require all Americans to purchase a health care policy. It must be challenged because it deprives the preborn of "life". They are the "posterity" the Constitution was instituted to protect. How can a law be constitutional that authorizes the killing of our posterity? Furthermore, the law violates the conscience of millions of Americans, forcing them to subsidize the killing of babies, and the murder of countless others because of the inevitable rationing that will be imposed due to the influx of millions of new welfare - er, I mean - healthcare recipients. No rationing is needed now, because patients and doctors can make choices without coercion. Under Obamacare, those decisions will be taken out of their hands.

The Bill must be challenged on the basis that Obama has no legal authority to sign it, as he has never proven that he meets the requirements of the US Constitution regarding his eligibility. Yes, many sneer at that statement, but the question will not go away. He has not established his right to be the president of the US.

This power grab must be opposed also by refusing to cooperate with the requirements whether one is a doctor, or a patient, or an employer. Civil disobedience - practiced as only the imaginative American mind can do it - is what is called for. Doctors quitting their practices. people closing their bank accounts so the government cannot seize money out of them, employers laying off all their imployees rather than submit to government requirements to meet certain insurance mandates.

I am not signing on, and I am not paying into the system, and I am going to oppose it with all my strength. They can come and arrest me. I am not going to cooperate.

I am reminded of the persecution that were (and are ) levied against Bbelievers in the True God through out history. Many paid with their lives, or were banished to live in caves and deserts. They refused to deny the Lord, and they paid a heavy price. But at what price would one sell his conscience?

I will remember the promises of God. He shall sweep away their refuge of lies.
